iSport

I've never been much for the iPhone camera, and I have the 4, which I suppose I've heard is pretty decent. Almost all of my photos are taken with a Canon. Do you think this iPhone photo came out well enough?

Shirt by GANT Rugger, tie by The President, rugby by Polo Ralph Lauren.

  2. So jealous you have an iPhone!
I think the photo looks just as good as the ones I take on my cheapo Sumsung digital camera :)

  4. I'm a Canon guy as well, and though I like my Sony Ericsson's camera, I rarely use it. Pretty decent combo, though I'm not so into the tie. However, good call on going with something simple so you don't muddle the shirt pattern and rugby stripes.

  5. I like the pattern-mixing in this combo and how you tied the entire look together by keeping the colours in the same colour family.

As for phone cameras, I'm not a huge fan of iPhone photos for some reason. They always seem to turn out off-colour, grainy or overexposed (if the auto flash goes off). That being said, I've taken some surprisingly good photos on my Samsung Galaxy:

  6. I think this is an acceptable photo! Love the idea of a tie with a polo.

  7. Fantastic look there! I always use my phone's camera; I'm too lazy to upload, and I think the quality's pretty good.

  8. I really like the ease of taking photos with my i-phone. I suggest you try instagram-- if your photo is well lit and composed to start with, the app's filters can produce some pretty nice images.

  11. I love the camera on my 4. It is so useful, for occasionally posting on ebay, or on my blog, I love instagram! Such a useful phone in so many ways, the camera is one of my favorite parts! I find that it focus's very well for a phone camera! Love the outfit, how colorful.

  12. I use my iPhone for many quick captures, especially with Instagram, etc. I wish there was a memory card outlet for uploading images directly to the iPhone hhmmm, that would be brilliant!
