I’m not sure about you, but just as men look forward to Fall for sporting events that keep them on the couch, I look forward to Fall for my own selfish reasons......adding to my closet collection!

Upcoming Posts on Kyoto Maiko

In two weeks, I will be headed to Japan to pay my taxes and renew my drivers license, and so I will be snapping Japanese street style for my They Wear section, which I haven't done in at least a year.

I have also decided that I will be applying to Yale, Princeton, Cornell, Baylor, and University of Connecticut, for my PhD program, and I plan to visit the campuses in spring.

Vintage 1980s Norwegian Birdseye Sweater by LL Bean, pink polo by Polo Ralph Lauren (collar up!), watch by Kelton, NATO strap by American Eagle Outfitters, jeans by Banana Republic, white socks, shoes by Bass Weejuns, and wearing sunglasses at night.

Notable: pennies in the penny loafers, right foot is 1980, left foot is 1989.
